Newtown Festival lineup for 2014 announced!

The hippest, coolest festival (that you probably haven’t heard of) has announced their 2014 line up. The Newtown Festival this year brings stellar acts to our trendy little town including our own home-grown indie rock five-piece; Deep Sea Arcade.

For a simple gold coin donation, festival goers are given the viewing pleasure of a wide range of acts. However should you choose not to witness the splendour of these magnificent talents, the festival offers a huge variety of activities including a Writers’ Tent, Live Art Hub and even a Kids Zone (so you can drag your entire family there with you if you so choose)

This whole event is to support Newtown Neighbourhood Centre’s work so this is definitely a must-go for all lovers of Newtown.If you are going (and we sincerely hope you are) remember that the entire event is water bottle free. The venue provides free refill stations to help save the environment.
