Splendour headline act cancels appearance

Two Door Cinema Club's lead singer Alex Trimble has been hospitalised with a 'chronic stomach complaint' and it looks like the headlining act might not be making it out to play Splendour In The Grass. Yesterday they cancelled a festival and show appearances overseas and it looks like Australia is next on the chopping block.
NME have reported that they've cancelled their Splendour appearance, but as of yet there's no official confirmation from the SITG organisers.
