First act leaked for Soundwave* 2015

At Feedback music conference today we maybe-kinda-sorta-confirmed one of the first acts for Big Day Out 2015 or Soundwave. Vivid Ideas and Music NSW presented a wonderful music industry conference at the Musuem of Contemporary art today with some incredible speakers like Josh Pyke, Winston McCall, Jake Stone, Thelma Plum and the most powerful person in the music industry, the Fedora with a human under it, AJ.

Oh AJ Maddah. The renowned twitter warrior/funny guy/crazy person gave an interesting keynote speech called "Does Anyone Give A Shit About Young People," at title which after an intriguing half an hour of his hundred mile an hour talking can be answered with a simple 'no'.

From topics like Dora The Explorer, why he doesn't own a puppy and plenty of other things that made more sense in context, it was question time, at which point he seemed so eager, he answered most questions before they were asked.

A lovely gal with green hair wearing a Swellers shirt asked a question at which point, AJ giddily announced that The Swellers would be coming over for Big Day Out, or Soundwave, *TBH he said a lot of words within a very short space of time, it was pretty hard to keep up with him. Normally he only has 140 characters to express his opinions, so it must've been overwhelming for him to have no boundaries.

It was a very interesting Monday.
